Ok, Ok, I've finally come to terms with the fact that my car is not the coolest car on the planet. But it's pretty close!! It's the first car that I bought myself, and I'm sick of you stupid yuppie spoiled brats whining that my car isn't cool. At least my mommy and daddy didn't buy me an SUV or a 2000 Corvette, cause those are for chumps. And I'd like to add that I can probably drive my car a lot safer at high speeds than you dummies and your cell phones!!!! That having been said, on with the show.
THE STORY BEHIND IT ALL
I totalled my 1988 Chevrolet Nova Notchback Sedan (with a manual transmission) the summer after my junior year of high school. For my senior year, I needed a car to go to a special class I had at Synetics. Therefore, I needed a reliable car- and fast. Sure enough, I found this Nova at McGeorge's Auto Sales in Tappahannock, VA. The original owner had only put 43,500 miles on it, and she was a '73 year old lady. Perfect scenario- clean car off an old lady. The only thing wrong was she smoked in the car. Big whoop, I can deal with that. Anyway, paid about $3600 for it and it has never left me on the side of the road. Not once. Had a few flat tires, etc, but never been stranded.
